New boundaries is a return to releasing music after 2023's album "immaterial but Objective" featuring singles like 'Your Wish' played on radio stations like FBI & Newcastle Live. 

In the years two years following the release Veldar has performed internationally in Vanuatu as part of Pacific Vibrations festival in 2024, performing electronic music for the first time on Pele island. Veldar has also performed at the University of Newcastle's 60 years of sound, performed at the "West best block best' and featured on Hamilton station's 2025 great southern nights lineup.
